Kreative Kapital Club is a serious organization system that still feels like a clubhouse: folders, Charters, receipts, drawings, votes, work, evidence, and capital. You should not need a wallet lecture to own the work clearly.

Keep the clubhouse standing between projects.
Traditional collectives often split the money, forget the rules, and start the next mural from zero. KKC keeps ownership, house rules, retained Club Account capital, and a Logbook so the institution gets stronger instead of resetting.
A-Corp is a product idea for an artist-led organization, not a claim that your Club is legally incorporated.
The Club kit
Four fragments, not four identical cards. Together they are the working set of a Club.
1B Club Units
Every Club has exactly 1,000,000,000 internal Units. They are stake, not tokens, and they never leave to a crypto wallet.
Constitution
Members write house rules for voting, transfers, membership, and treasury permissions. Historical versions stay immutable.
Club Account
Keep a deliberate share in the Club so the next project does not begin from empty pockets.

People can own Clubs. Clubs can own Clubs. Value stops at the next Club Identity.
