This notice covers the public Kreative Kapital Club website and its waitlist. It does not describe a separate software preview that may still exist on this domain for people who already have an account.

Who is responsible

Kreative Kapital Club is an independent creative community. This repository does not confirm a registered legal entity, a postal address, or a data-protection officer. Those facts have to be supplied before the notice can be treated as final.

What the waitlist stores

If you choose to join, the server stores your email address, an optional name, the time you gave consent, the version of the consent sentence, a source marker of "website", and the status of that signup. The form does not ask for your ideas, photographs, payment details, or a curiosity questionnaire.

Joining the waitlist does not register you for a specific gathering, including any separate event RSVP. Conversation in a future gathering is not automatically confidential, and this website does not take ownership of ideas you share later.

Why

The purpose is to send KKC community and event updates that you opted into. The consent box starts unchecked. We do not add you to Maiba Studio, Poesis, TDG, or any partner mailing list.

Email delivery

No email provider is configured in this project. A successful signup means the address was stored. It does not mean a confirmation message was sent, and the page will not claim that one was. Future messages need an unsubscribe link. You can also use the form on this page.

Who processes it

When the operators connect a database, Supabase is the intended store. No mail processor is named because none is connected. The hosting company is whichever operator deploys the site; this repository does not record that name. Processors should be listed here before launch.

Retention and your choices

The intended retention is until you unsubscribe or a verified contact completes a deletion request, with a review at least every 24 months. That period is an operating intention, not a completed legal schedule. The raw network address is not written into the waitlist record. The server may keep a short-lived hash of it in memory to slow repeated submissions, and that hash is discarded when the process restarts.

The waitlist does not ask your age. Photography, recording, and any gathering that includes minors need their own consent. This form is not that registration.

Philippine data-privacy duties, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012, need a qualified review before this notice is called complete.
